How long does shipping take?
Orders usually process within 1–3 business days. After processing, U.S. delivery usually takes about 6–9 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Nue Haven currently offers free U.S. shipping on every order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Nue Haven ships within the United States only.
How do returns work?
We offer return support for eligible items within the return window listed in our Refund Policy. Some items, including swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, clearance items, and personalized items, may be final sale or excluded for hygiene and policy reasons.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nue Haven works with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners, including international suppliers, to offer affordable, trend-forward styles.
