Nue Haven offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no added shipping fees at checkout.

Where Orders Ship From
Nue Haven is an online-only store based in Carthage, Missouri. We don't manufacture our clothing or keep inventory in a U.S. warehouse. Our products are made and shipped by our fulfillment partners, and most orders ship from warehouses in China. A small number of items ship from U.S. warehouses. Each order ships directly from the partner to you.

Total Delivery Time: About 7–12 Business Days
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and ship your order. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Shipping: about 6–9 business days in transit after your order ships.
Most orders arrive about 7–12 business days after you order. Holidays, customs, and severe weather can cause delays.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take a few days to show updates while your package is in transit internationally.

Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- First check with neighbors or household members
- Then contact the carrier
- Then email us at customerservice@nuehaven.com
We will help you file a claim.
