Nue Haven offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days after processing. This includes carrier transit time. Delays may occur during holidays or severe weather.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- First check with neighbors or household members
- Then contact the carrier
- Then email us at customerservice@nuehaven.com

We will assist you in filing a claim.
