At NueHaven, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
✅ In its original packaging with all tags attached
✅ Free from stains, odors, or damage
Non-returnable items include:
❌ Final sale & clearance items
❌ Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear)
❌ Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves, hats)
❌ Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Return Request – Email us at returns@nuehaven.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with a return address and next steps.
- Ship Your Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds
🔹 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
🔹 If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🔹 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider. Still no refund? Contact us at returns@nuehaven.com for assistance.
